
J.C. Bailey, IIIExecutive Vice President Mr. Bailey was admitted to the bar and to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1988. Mr. Bailey received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University and his law degree from Baylor University. Mr. Bailey is a member of the Order of Barristers, the State Bar of Texas, and the Tarrant County Bar Association. A frequent speaker on a wide array of subjects, making presentations for businesses, churches and schools. Resolving problems in a constructive and professional manner is the highest priority of Mr. Bailey's practice. Mr. Bailey has been successful in both mediation and arbitration of disputes and seeks to find solutions without protracted litigation, if possible. Mr. Bailey practices out of the Bedford office in the Business, Finance, Probate & Estate Planning sections.
