In 1989, J. C. Bailey, III and Philip Galyen established the Dallas based law firm of Bailey & Galyen. Over the years the firm expanded to provide clients with neighborhood offices in Arlington, Bedford, Ft. Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving Plano and Weatherford as well as four offices in Houston and three locations in south Texas.

Bailey & Galyen has grown to one of the largest consumer law practices in Texas. More than 30 attorneys and a substantial support staff in offices not only in Texas, but also in Florida and Missouri, have positioned our firm for continued nationwide expansion.

Our firm offers legal services for individuals and businesses in diverse practice areas, ranging from bankruptcy, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and prescription drugs to criminal defense, immigration, social security, employment and family law.
